Yes and no. We do not ask for any money up front. When money is successfully recovered for you, a percentage is deducted for our services and expenses.

The usual charge is between thirty to forty percent of the money which is recovered. We assume all of the expenses and risks until a settlement is reached. It has been our experience that someone that asks for your money in advance may not have your best interests in mind.

Although we have never had to charge more than forty percent, I am aware of one firm that has. Many times we are unable to get an accurate accounting from the public officials that regulate these. Even in the same state, different municipalities have overlay laws and procedures which differ. Like everyone else, we have to pay our bills. As our expenses go up so do the bills.

We recommend that you use social media, organizations like BBB, etcetera to do your vetting. Remember above all else, you did not even know that you had this money coming until we informed you. We haven’t asked you for any money up front and you have no risk. The only thing you have is to gain a better way of life!

Please remember that if contacted by us, we are not trying to collect money from you, trick you in any way or cause you any harm or embarrassment. We are non-judgmental. We only want to return to you what is rightfully yours. Contact us immediately and we will arrange for an associate to meet with you to complete the application process. The time and place is up to you and usually takes less than a half hour. We have even completed this service for a client at a police station. Above all else, don’t wait as the clock works against you. If we don’t meet the deadline, all is for not and forever and ever amen.
